Happiness and success is something that a lot of people think just happens, but what you need to know, is that you control your success, you control your happiness the same way you come out and control your failures.
Expecting more from less
You don’t get amazing interest on savings at the moment, the same as you only get back from what effort you put in. A lot of people nowadays are growing into a sense of entitlement, because we see so many reality stars being ‘handed’ their rewards and people just seeming to ‘have it all’.
You have to take the greater leap, go that extra mile, work that bit harder to get in front.
You need to use your determination and drive to get more and be happier, it doesn’t just happen, but despite how tired you are of putting in that extra effort, you’ll reap reward more than anyone will because you get more in the successes and rewards than anyone who seems to ‘have it all’ because you’ll actually have more than them.
When your self-confidence takes a blow its tough, really tough.
When you make decisions, you instantly start questioning whether it was the right one, whether you deserve any reward from that decision because you don’t truly feel like you deserved it because you questioned it in the first place.
It’s a vicious cycle that you drive yourself mad and even further into a rut when it happens. Once you make a decision, make it with conviction and distract yourself, move onto the next thing, get yourself into the positive mindset that you were assertive and you can overcome anything.
Repeat these mantras to yourself and your self-confidence will grow.
Letting others define you
When you’re surrounded by negative people, you’re listening to the wrong people. People who are negative are unhappy with themselves and will project that onto anyone they can bring down in their path. Stay out of their way, surround yourself with people who will support you, build you, challenge you and help you grow the same way you help them do so.
Give the same energy out as you want to receive back and surround yourself with like-minded people as you know that you can do so much more with people facing the same way.
These are some simple actions you can take and utilize in your own life, use them and control your own happiness, control your own mind and enjoy your happiness and successes.
To your success.
