Relationships: Conflict and Resolve

Understand, that you have to be the bigger person when it causes problems, you need to take ownership and move past it. Why allow someone to take up space in your mind when they’re not paying rent? Why allow someone to influence your success when you have done all you can to resolve the situation and appease those affected?
 

Understand that there is only so many times you can apologise and some will still be bitter, years and years after the conflict occurred. Also understand that it is your choice on how to react.
