Program Your Mind

Your mind is like a computer, how you program it determines practically everything.


Occasionally if things are not working out well for us, the likelihood is that we have a virus contaminating it.


That virus can be people around you filling your head with their whining and negative outlooks on life. If you let a virus in, we all know how destructive it can be to a computer, so it has the same effect on the human mind.


The quicker you remove the virus, the quicker you can get your mind back to thinking positively.


Question you are probably now asking is, how do I do that?


Keep a journal showing the things you are grateful for in your life; it programs your brain to be happier and healthier.


Write down some affirmations and read them back to yourself as to where you would like your life to be and the things you need to do to get there.


I say this often enough and probably sound like a broken record but surround yourself only with people who lift you rather than drain you.


Ignore your negative thoughts, if they do enter your head, watch some of your favourite comedy programs that make you laugh hysterically, the laugher will also boost your immune system from the inside.


Stay active, this does not mean get yourself to the gym and work out all day, even a brisk 20 minute walk in fresh air can do such wonders to provide clarity to your mind, not to mention the other health benefits it provides.


Tell yourself everyday that wonderful things are going to happen to you today as soon as you wake and your feet hit the floor, they usually always do. This allows you to move your life forward with confidence, peace and joy to create the right mindset for YOUR dream life.


Remember, there is no such thing as a bad day, only a bad moment you choose to carry all day.
