Keys to Self Motivation

It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, there will be a point in your life you are going to get tired or stuck in a rut where you feel that nothing you do seems to be working out.


During this time, loads of people would just sit on a couch and watch TV looking at life and feeling depressed, useless and bored.


The question would be, how do you get yourself out of that rut?


Working on you is a daily habit, not something you can do once a week, once a month or a few days a year, it must be done continuously in a manner that you are not satisfied with yourself. You are an investment, the more time and effort you spend on you, the more you develop as an individual to transform your life wherever you are.


So don’t be afraid to work on yourself, focus on reading books that inspire and motivate you, do your best to listen to audio programs over and over again until they become part of your sub-conscious mind.


Studies show that listening to something motivational first thing in the morning enters your sub-conscious mind at 10 times the wave cycle strength it would have, compared to listening at night as your brain is then winding down.


Don’t watch the news! It’s full of garbage that will just depress you and make you stop believing in yourself.


When you continue to work on yourself, you will begin to expand the vision of yourself.


So smile and be thankful for what you have, avoid people who’s faces put you in a depressed state of mind, these are just the walking dead living like their life is over.


The biggest challenge you will ever have for achieving success is you, so live your life with energy and passion as it is what will carry you through this journey called life.
