If You Need Help?

his week a few people have reached out to me to speak about anxiety, a subject most people tend to just ignore and some will always say, it’s all in your head.


Truth be told, no one who suffers from anxiety wants to feel that way.


I’m not ashamed to admit, I had a nervous breakdown, the first I ever knew about panic or anxiety attacks was when I felt like I was having a heart attack and my chest was about to explode.


It was a quick learning lesson and then they continued for almost 18 months, during that time no sleep, barely ate, spent most of the day crying and wondering how things got so bad.


I learned that no amount of regret can change the past and no amount of anxiety can change the future. There was no way I was going to master the rest of my life in one day so I learned to master the day and just kept doing that every day until I came out of it.


Nothing diminishes anxiety than action and the greatest weapon against anxiety is our ability to choose one thought over another, learning to rule your mind before it rules you is never easy but know it can be done.


Mental illness is never a choice, however your recovery is.
