Most of you who know me, know that I have tremendous respect for women and speak at a lot of women's conferences about empowerment. 85% of your success and happiness in life is going to be determined by the quality of your relationship.


A man with dreams needs a woman with vision, the more you help her succeed in her goals, the more you succeed in yours as the higher she rises, the higher you do also.


Challenge her yes but never ever bring her down. The best investment a man can make is a good woman to be by his side and he hers in their success journey.


Just remember, if you are the type of man who wants to blow out her candle, don't expect yours to shine any brighter.
