Being in a dark place

Being in a dark place is never easy, when you think you have been buried, look at it as if you have been planted.


A lot of people would rather Facebook their problems than face them, don't let that be you.


I believe your wife, partner, girlfriend can be your best friend and rock when you hit rock bottom. So don't be afraid to reach out to her as it is nothing to be ashamed about.


Most women will always be there for you when you need them, they will never let you face your issues alone, even if they themselves are facing issues, as a good woman will do anything to see someone else's smile.


Some men would rather just say, get over it, things will be better eventually so just roll with the punches as that's the way life is.


Others can be man enough to say, what can I do to help?


When you feel like your world is falling apart, it is never easy to remain positive.
