Anger is Danger!

What makes you angry when it comes to business?


My father used to say, anger is the wind that blows out the candle to the mind.


I meet so many people on a daily basis, be that online or face to face.


I’m amazed at how many I meet that are all about them and personally if they were chocolate, I honestly think they would eat themselves.


Many who know me, know that the one thing I value the most is loyalty.


After that it would be integrity as that is what defines a person’s character.


Yes, there have been times where I have been tempted to use anger as a response to some people but then I realise that it is down to me to how I respond.


Buddha once said, holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.


There may have been people who wronged you, upset you, been cruel with their words but always remember this, the person who angers you, conquers you.
